We do not share your data with landlords, letting agents, or any party with an interest in the property you are verifying.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver the service and comply with our legal obligations. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@kinpany.co.uk

8. Recruitment and applicants
When you apply for a role with Kinpany, we collect your name, contact details, CV, application responses, and any video or audio recording you submit.
We use this information solely to assess your application and communicate with you about it. Our legal basis is legitimate interests in recruiting for our team, and taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
Recordings are reviewed by our team directly. No AI or automated tools are used to assess candidates at any stage. Access is limited to those involved in the hiring decision. We do not share recordings or application materials with third parties, and we do not use them for training or marketing.
If your application is unsuccessful, we delete your recording and application materials within six months. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting talent@kinpany.co.uk.
The rights set out in section 7 apply equally to applicants.
